As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic UK Resourcing Manager to shape, lead and elevate recruitment across our UK business.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience as a Resourcing Manager or senior recruiter
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience designing and improving recruitment processes
• A track record in reducing agency spend and building direct pipelines
• Team leadership experience
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on results
• A passion for delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience

As our UK Resourcing Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering end-to-end recruitment, driving excellence in hiring while embedding consistent, scalable and values-led resourcing practices.

This is a key leadership role where you will:

• Lead recruitment delivery across all UK business areas
• Personally deliver senior and business-critical hiring
• Build workforce plans and proactive talent pipelines
• Reduce agency reliance and increase direct sourcing
• Design and implement recruitment processes that drive efficiency and experience
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two
• Provide recruitment insights and data-driven reporting to senior leaders
