What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong performance and standout service
• Lead the floor, setting the tone for energy, standards and customer experience
• Help analyse sales results and support action plans to improve performance
• Deliver confident product storytelling and brand led customer journeys
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards in line with Ray-Ban guidelines
• Step up as a role model for behaviours, values and ways of working

About You

• Experience in retail, ideally in a keyholder, supervisor or team lead role
• Passion for coaching, developing and supporting others
• Confident communicator with a positive, can do mindset
• Commercially aware and customer focused
• Organised, dependable and ready to take on more responsibility
• Interested in progressing your career in retail leadership
